Call for Master Thesis Students
The HES group is looking for motivated master students interested in working on cutting-edge topics in FPGA design, electronic design automation, and hardware architectures.
Available Topics
We offer master thesis projects in various areas including:
- FPGA Architecture and Design: Switch block design, interconnect optimization, and modern computational applications
- 3D ASIC Technology: Physical design exploration for future multi-layer 3D technologies
- Neural Network Accelerators: Rapid module-wise implementation of FPGA-based accelerators
- Electronic Design Automation: Novel methodologies and tools for hardware design
Requirements
We welcome students from the following programs:
- Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (all specializations)
- Master of Science in Industrial Sciences: Electronics-ICT
- Master of Science in Industrial Sciences: Computer Science
